North Sound Emergency Medicine (NSEM) is a provider-owned democratic professional corporation in the State of Washington whose shareholders are practicing physicians and allied health providers. NSEM has been in operation for over 40 years under various names. We provide emergency medicine services in two distinct sites throughout Snohomish County and treat over 130,000 patients annually.
